l Good tensile property: Can stretch 3 ~ 4 times, not easy to break.

l Gas permeable, hence, ideal for working with culture media.

l Excellent resistance to air, other gases, alcohol, common acids, and moderately concentrated alkalies.

l At 21 °C (70 °F), it stretches 200% and returns partially to its original size.

l At 82 to 93 °C (180 to 200 °F), it softens enough to make an adhesive bond between papers, cloths, leathers, etc. 

l Recommendations are to store in a cool, dry place.

l Recommended storageconditions are 40˚F to 70˚F, 35% to 55% relative humidity.
